Projects

Focused photographic projects exploring wildlife, place, People and time.

The gear I use on a daily basis is chosen for reliability, restraint, and the ability to disappear once I’m in the field. My primary cameras are the Fujifilm X-H2S and X-T5—tools I trust for their speed, resolution, and the way they render color and light in real environments. The X-H2S excels when moments are fast and unpredictable, while the X-T5 slows me down and encourages a more deliberate approach, especially in landscapes and fine-art work.

I work with a small, intentional set of lenses that let me move from wide environmental frames to intimate details and distant wildlife without breaking the rhythm of observation. I’m drawn to equipment that responds quietly and accurately, allowing me to stay present with what’s unfolding rather than thinking about settings or technology. For me, good gear isn’t about excess—it’s about confidence, patience, and the freedom to wait for the moment when the story reveals itself.
